Recently, to further improve the company's IPO management level and strengthen standardization awareness in business processes, the company organized specialized training on IPO management rules. The training provided detailed introductions on key content such as inventory counting requirements and precautions, procurement management, inbound and outbound management, and warehouse management. During the explanation, the supervising leaders conducted targeted analysis of typical problems from previous internal inspections and daily management, such as inventory discrepancies and delayed inbound/outbound records, clarifying rectification directions and preventive measures to prevent recurrence of similar problems. On this basis, participants actively asked questions related to their own work, which were answered in detail, creating an in-depth and interactive atmosphere.
