Standardized Training for Eddy Current Testing Personnel Launched by the Company’s Quality Inspection Department

2026-06-15

From June 1 to 14, focusing on improving the testing proficiency of stainless steel heat exchange tubes, the Quality Inspection Department organized a nearly two-week standardized intensive training for eddy current testing (ECT) operators. Combining systematic theoretical learning and practical hands-on operation training, the program aims to achieve comprehensive improvement of ECT staff from theoretical awareness to practical implementation, enabling them to fully master core eddy current testing techniques.

The entire training was closely aligned with job responsibilities and operating procedures of the eddy current testing post. In theoretical sessions, trainers elaborated on process characteristics of the company’s stainless steel heat exchange tubes, red-line quality principles, workplace discipline rules, as well as accurate identification and root cause analysis of various defects on stainless steel heat exchange tubes. For practical training, standardized operational drills covering the full workflow were conducted in strict accordance with post standards, including inspection and precision measurement of stainless steel heat exchange tubes, digital setting of process parameters, data verification, and qualitative & quantitative judgment of defects, to ensure new employees meet all requirements before taking up their posts.

This intensive training unified operating specifications and defect evaluation criteria from the source, laying a solid foundation for cultivating ECT operators with independent and reliable testing capabilities for stainless steel heat exchange tubes. Taking this training as an opportunity, the Quality Inspection Department will further optimize the talent training system for key posts, and provide robust support for the company’s high-quality development with a highly professional inspection team.
