Reviewing Supervision Hazards, Strengthening Electrical Safety – Production Technology Department Organizes Electrical Seminar and Workshop Electrical Safety Training

In response to the electrical safety hazards identified during the August inspection by the Group's Safety & Environment Department, the Production Technology Department (PTD) convened a special seminar and analysis meeting on electrical safety issues. The meeting aimed to dig deep into root causes and implement preventive measures. Subsequently, PTD organized a workshop electrical safety training during team safety activities to enhance frontline employees' awareness of electrical safety, fully safeguarding the smooth production of main products including stainless steel welded pipes, stainless steel seamless pipes, heat exchanger tubes, aerospace tubes, and bright annealing tubes.

PTD conducted a thorough debriefing and analysis of all electrical hazards revealed in the inspection report. Using on‑site hazard photos, the team analyzed causes from the perspectives of equipment maintenance, site supervision, and personnel operating habits. Participating managers and team leaders engaged in extensive discussion, clarifying responsibilities and deadlines for hazard rectification, and deploying a comprehensive self‑inspection of workshop electrical equipment. All teams were required to draw inferences and prevent recurrence of similar issues. The meeting particularly noted that production lines for stainless steel seamless pipes and heat exchanger tubes have high requirements for power supply stability, so electrical hazards must be met with "zero tolerance." Meanwhile, high‑end products like aerospace tubes and bright annealing tubes demand stringent production environments and equipment precision – any electrical fault could compromise final quality – hence the need to strengthen patrol inspection responsibilities.

The training used a dedicated PPT courseware based on real‑life hazard cases photographed in the plant, explaining typical electrical hazard dangers and rectification requirements. It popularized safe electrical operation procedures, electric shock first aid, electrical fire emergency response, and other practical knowledge, helping employees master risk identification and emergency response skills. During the training, the instructor analyzed common unsafe operational behaviors and their consequences, using actual electrical usage scenarios for stainless steel welded pipes and aerospace tubes production lines, enabling employees to more intuitively understand the importance of standardized electrical practices. Participating employees exchanged learning experiences related to their posts, and all expressed that they would strictly adhere to electrical regulations, proactively identify and report workplace hazards, and safeguard the safe production of all tube types including stainless steel seamless pipes, heat exchanger tubes, and bright annealing tubes.

Going forward, PTD will push forward closed‑loop hazard elimination, conduct regular electrical equipment patrols, continue safety education and publicity, and consolidate post‑based safety responsibilities. With solid electrical safety management, it will build a strong defense line for the production of stainless steel welded pipes, stainless steel seamless pipes, heat exchanger tubes, aerospace tubes, and bright annealing tubes, ensuring a stable and sustained safety situation across the plant.
