Currently, all production operations are progressing smoothly, with both product quality and production efficiency yielding excellent results. The company has deep expertise in the special tube field, and has accumulated rich experience in other product lines such as heat exchanger tubes and bright annealing tubes. The upgrade of this dedicated aerospace production line also marks a new level of high‑end manufacturing capability.
This site relocation and equipment upgrade is a critical step in enhancing the production capacity for the aerospace project. The new site's spatial layout is carefully designed according to the process characteristics of tube production, with scientific planning for key operations such as cutting, bending, welding, and inspection. This significantly reduces material handling time and makes the production flow smoother and more efficient. At the same time, the newly installed supporting equipment offers substantial improvements in machining precision, operational stability, and automation level, precisely meeting the stringent requirements of aerospace tubes for dimensional tolerances, surface quality, and internal surface cleanliness. In particular, for stainless steel seamless pipes and bright annealing tubes, the precise control capability of the new equipment effectively ensures consistency and smoothness of both inner and outer surfaces, providing solid hardware support for aerospace‑grade quality.
On the production floor, operators strictly follow process procedures. Leveraging the performance advantages of the new equipment, the first‑pass yield of tube products has significantly improved compared to the past, and production cycles have been further shortened. The combined use of the new site and new equipment not only boosts batch production capacity but also lays a solid foundation for the development and production of more challenging model tasks in the future. The process experience gained from this production line upgrade can also be extended to optimize the production of heat exchanger tubes and other high‑end tubes, further unlocking the company's comprehensive production capacity.
