Recently, to further verify the conformity and effectiveness of its quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems and continuously improve corporate management, the company organized an internal audit of the three systems. A total of 19 participants, including company leaders, department heads, workshop managers, and internal auditors, attended the audit meeting. The internal audit was closely integrated with the actual production and operations of the company's main products, including stainless steel welded pipes, stainless steel seamless pipes, precision stainless steel seamless pipes, bright annealing tubes, and high-pressure stainless steel tubes, aiming to promote continuous standardization of all business processes through system auditing.
Before the audit was launched, the company established an internal audit team, prepared internal audit checklists, and clarified the division of responsibilities and audit scope. During the audit, the auditors, in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and the company's system documents, conducted a systematic verification of process control, documented information management, fulfillment of compliance obligations, and continuous improvement in the audited departments through document review, on-site observation, and record sampling. They focused on verifying key links such as production site operational control, standardization of documents and records, and control of hazard sources and environmental factors. For the production process control of stainless steel welded pipes and stainless steel seamless pipes, the audit team focused on verifying the consistency between process parameter execution and records. For the documented information management of precision stainless steel seamless pipes and bright annealing tubes, they sampled inspection records and traceability documents. Regarding the on-site operational control of high-pressure stainless steel tubes, they verified the operational standards of key processes and the control of safety and environmental factors.
The audit results showed that the company's three systems are generally operating well, system awareness among departments has been significantly enhanced, process control and record management are relatively standardized, and policies and objectives have been effectively implemented. At the same time, the audit team issued nonconformity reports and rectification suggestions for issues such as discrepancies between individual process records and actual conditions. They also put forward requirements for improving the professional capabilities of internal auditors, suggesting strengthened study of standard clauses and audit practice training to enhance audit depth, so as to better serve the full-process management of products including stainless steel welded pipes, stainless steel seamless pipes, precision stainless steel seamless pipes, bright annealing tubes, and high-pressure stainless steel tubes.
The successful completion of this internal audit further verified the suitability and effectiveness of the company's three-system operation, promoted the enhancement of quality, environmental, and safety awareness among all employees, marked a solid step toward refined and standardized management, and laid a good foundation for subsequent external certification audits and continuous improvement of system operation quality. The company will take this internal audit as an opportunity to continuously improve its management system and provide solid assurance for the high-quality production of special tubes including stainless steel welded pipes, stainless steel seamless pipes, precision stainless steel seamless pipes, bright annealing tubes, and high-pressure stainless steel tubes.
